For us, it's always been about our customers. On August 15, 2005 we had the privilege of installing our first stairlift. Fresh from technical training and certification, we were eager to apply what we had studied. We learned a lot on that day but, honestly, it had little to do with stairlifts. We learned just how important our job was and just how much a stairlift can change someone's life for the better. Over the next 20 years we would go on to help over 5000 people right here in New England regain their independence. We know it sounds like a cliche, but helping people and keeping them safe really is what we're all about.

Not only in the physical challenges they face but in their individual histories and life experiences as well. Starting with our initial contact, throughout the installation process and for as long as our services are needed, we take a "people first" approach.
